Our professional dancers bring exciting classical and contemporary dance to stages around Southern Maine. PBC collaborates regularly with organizations such as Choral Art Society, Portland Symphony Orchestra, Kotzschmar Organ, Bowdoin College, and USM.

Portland Ballet developed Maine's only public school academic and arts partnership, where serious dancers earn high school credit while attending 15 hours of ballet class each week. Ballet and Modern technique classes are also offered for all ages and abilities.

Youth Concerts provide low cost tickets for school groups to PB theater performances. Lecture-Demonstrations bring dance into the school in an interactive display of athleticism and beauty. Outreach brings dance to the community in a variety of settings.
