Anna Winslette

Anna Winslette received her early training under Portland Ballet company alumni, Deborah Grammatic. Her education expanded to include ABT Curriculum training, jazz, and modern at Sole City Dance under Deborah Grammatic, Jacqui Young, Moriah Bureau. Anna has performed in multiple full length ballets including The Nutcracker; Assaf Benchetrit’s Cinderella, and Deborah Grammatic’s Treasure Island, in which she performed the title role. At Sole City, Anna also performed featured roles including the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, Spanish Lead, Shepherdess, Dew Drop Fairy, and the Sugar Plum Fairy. She has also attended programs such as Walnut Hill summer intensive, Complexions Contemporary winter program, and Little House creation lab. 

During Anna’s time with the Portland Ballet, she performed roles such as Chinese Tea and Arabian soloist in A Victorian Nutcracker, and performed in Annie Kloppenberg’s “The Art of Holding and Beholding.” Anna is excited to be returning to Portland Ballet as an apprentice for the 2024/2025 season!
